Can I try it free first?
Yes. The Free plan needs no payment — full-database search, AI Chinese translation, CSV export, plus 2 watches and weekly alerts. Upgrade when it fits.
How do I activate and pay for Pro / Enterprise?
For now a dedicated advisor handles activation: contact us with your needs, we confirm the plan and enable it on the backend. Bank transfer and invoices are supported. Online self-serve payment is coming.
Can I upgrade or adjust mid-term?
Yes. Contact your advisor anytime to upgrade your plan or adjust your watch scope, billed by cycle.
Where does the data come from — is it reliable?
All from national recall authorities (US CPSC / FDA, EU Safety Gate, UK OPSS, Health Canada, Japan CAA, Korea vehicle recalls, etc.), each with a link to the original notice, refreshed weekly.
